Ben initially installed our heat pump 2 1/2 years ago. Last weekend it quit on us. I contacted Ben and he was out the next day (Sunday) and found a simple wiring problem. He got us back up and running, no charge!
Ben was outstanding! I would recommend him to anyone, but especially those with in-floor heating systems. He was right, and saved me the $8000 it would cost to install one. I could go on and on. I’m just so happy to have found someone knowledgeable that I can trust!
Ben is amazing. The best customer service ever! He installed my furnace six years ago and it started acting up so I got in touch with him to take a look at it. He checked it out, cleaned a sensor and didn't charge me anything. That never happens! I unconditionally recommend Herlin heating.
