Ben initially installed our heat pump 2 1/2 years ago. Last weekend it quit on us. I contacted Ben and he was out the next day (Sunday) and found a simple wiring problem. He got us back up and running, no charge!

Ben was outstanding! I would recommend him to anyone, but especially those with in-floor heating systems. I have a rather complicated (read: old) system and have spent the last six years (since moving here) trying to find someone who could help me with it. Ben is the man! He took his time, coming back multiple times until he got it right. I had three other companies tell me I needed a new boiler but Ben said that wasn’t the problem. He was right, and saved me the $8000 it would cost to install one. I could go on and on. I’m just so happy to have found someone knowledgeable that I can trust!

Ben is amazing. The best customer service ever! He installed my furnace six years ago and it started acting up so I got in touch with him to take a look at it. He checked it out, cleaned a sensor and didn't charge me anything. That never happens! I unconditionally recommend Herlin heating.
