Ben installed a new heater and air conditioner for us about 4 years ago. That experience was fantastic, with a great price, good explanations, and a strong attention to detail. The best part of it all though is that since he installed it, he continues to help when we run into any questions or ask him to run out to help us with other projects around our heating/cooling. We had our yearly service of our radiant heating system today. Nice system but requires a lot of maintenance. As I get older it is so comforting to have someone like Herlin Heating who is knowledgeable and doesn't try to make all his money from one customer. He does what needs to be done, charges a fair price and spends time getting to know his customers.
